Ayurveda & Herbal Medicine
Individual consultations and constitutional assessments are available in person, over the phone and by Skype. Recommendations may include herbal support as well as dietary and lifestyle changes. Past workshops have included the following subjects: “Intro to Ayurveda,” ”Agni: the Digestive Fire,” “Dinacharya: Daily Routines for Health,” “Navigating the Postpartum Period: for Moms and Moms-to-Be,” “Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Mom.”
Additionally, Sri teaches a series of cooking classes called Traditional Cooking 101.
